OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for choosing Angels Roost Organic Spa. We are committed to providing you the highest level of professional service in a clean, relaxing environment. Please keep in mind that we do have a spa therapy dog on site, so if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, or just in need of a little friend to sit on your lap, Angel will be happy to oblige.

In order for us to serve you best, it’s important that we keep your file up to date. Thank you for taking the time to go over the following information. It will be added to your file, and kept completely confidential.

Angels Roost Spa Policy

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This will give you time to use the restroom, have a refreshment, browse, etc.
  • Please keep us updated of any allergies, conditions or medications that may affect your treatment. This includes topical medications that may thin or sensitize your skin, and blood thinners and any  conditions such as diabetes, skin cancer, etc.
  • Please be aware of our cancellation policy: Any spa services must be cancelled a minimum 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any massage therapy appointments must be cancelled a minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel before the minimum times laid out above will result in a request for your credit card information before any future bookings can be made. Failure to cancel any future bookings before the minimum times laid out above will result in a charge to your credit card reflective of 50% of the cost of your service. For a third service cancelled without adequate notice, your card will be charged 100% of the cost of your service. If you think that you are not going to be able to make your appointment, please let us know, as there are other clients who may want your spot.
